The collection is hand made to order, and stones are subject to availability, so please allow 5-10 business days for jewels to ship. Elizabeth Lewis also offers select pieces for immediate delivery. *A special note to our international clientèle: It has come to our attention that many of our friends abroad are having some difficulty finalizing their orders online. This is likely due to our strict address verification system which is US based and has yet to comprehensively acquire international addresses. Tax
Elizabeth Lewis is located in New York City. We are required to charge sales tax (8.875%) to customers residing in state. Orders shipped outside New York will not be taxed.
Payments
All credit card transactions are processed through secure payment gateway Authorize.net. Elizabeth Lewis gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Packaging
All items will arrive in a satin jewelry pouch, along with an anti-tarnish tab which will help keep your purchases sparkling for years to come.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 2 weeks of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please note credit does not include return shipping & handling charges.
Repairs
Items will be repaired, free of charge, for up to 1 year. We are delighted to repair any e.l. piece after 1 year. Fees for such repairs are determined on a case by case basis. Contact us at customerservice@elizabethlewisdesign.com for further information.
