Delivery information
Your jewelry will be sent via USPS First Class Insured Mail with Delivery Confirmation for a flat fee of $9.95. Each piece of jewelry is custom made by Elizabeth so please allow 10-15 business days to ship (add 2-5 business days for transit time).

International orders
At this time we do not ship internationally. We do however accept international credit cards with US shipping addresses.
Tax
Elizabeth Lewis is now located in New Jersey. We are required to charge sales tax (6.625%) to customers residing in state. Orders shipped outside New Jersey state will not be taxed.
Payments
All credit card transactions are processed through secure payment gateway Authorize.net. Elizabeth Lewis gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
Packaging
Your jewelry will arrive in a satin jewelry pouch, along with an anti-tarnish tab which will help keep them sparkling for years to come. Complimentary gift boxes are available upon request.
Returns & exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 2 weeks of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please note credit does not include return shipping & handling charges.
Repairs
Items will be repaired, free of charge, for up to 1 year. We are happy to repair your piece after the 1 year mark; Fees will be determined on a case by case basis.
